Colin Dixon (Diffusion Group / USA) – As a Senior Consultant and Analyst he heads up the Broadband Media practice. He focuses on IPTV, broadband video, and enhanced TV applications including Guides, iAD, Middleware, VoD, iTV in the cable, telco, satellite and Internet video delivery industries. He has consulted with many companies including Comcast, GuideWorks, Macrovision, KDG and Tandberg. He has held senior positions at companies such as Microsoft, Liberate and Oracle. In addition to his experience in the digital media industry, he has extensive experience in the communications, networking and network management industries working at companies such as Novell and Bay Networks. Colin is a frequent speaker / moderator at events such as IBC and NAB and was nominated the top analyst of IPTV’s Top 50 People by IPTV Evangelist in 2006. He is a published author.
