Alessandro Petazzi (ON CUBED / Italy) - Almost 10 years ago Alessandro contributed to the start-up of Fastweb, where he subsequently worked in a number of senior positions, in both staff and line roles, of which the most recent was that of Managing Director of the company's IPTV & Digital Media business unit. At the end of 2008 he founded ON CUBED, a media advisory boutique which is currently supporting: a) telco and Pay TV operators develop marketable products, review their B2C commercial offers and/or source the content they need; b) Private Equity and Venture Capital funds assess s the industrial potential of start-ups or mature companies they are looking to finance or acquire, through sound business planning and due diligence processes; c) innovative TMT start-ups and entrepreneurs find the right partner for their growth. Prior to joining Fastweb, Alessandro was a strategy consultant with Bain & Co., and he started his career in the M&A advisory group at JPMorgan.
