Sebastian Becker is CEO & Co-Founder of [tbb\*] thebrainbehind, today responsible for business development, consulting and marketing. As a media expert Sebastian’s focus is on the international digital TV market. He is a well known speaker and panel host supporting relevant conferences across Europe. Having been with [tbb\*] thebrainbehind since 2002, he has consulted several key players of the German media industry.

Anja Arnold heads up [tbb\*] thebrainbehind’s corporate development division. Complementary to the classical consulting business, this branch supports young media enterprises in their development. Beyond startup management Anja supports the industry in developing new business concepts for Innovation Management and Corporate Venture Capital. Her clients include Business Angel, Private Equity Investors and Industrial Players.

Anja holds an MBA as well as an MSc in International Finance and Management. In the last 10 years, she has supported numerous media industry start-ups in their business planning, operations and financing.
